YHDM580C Double Disc Grinding Machine
Main Function:
YHDM 580C is a high-precision vertical double disc grinding machine that adopts planetary processing principle for the double surface grinding of the components. Compared to ordinary surface grinding machine, it features much higher precision and efficiency when it comes to the double surface grinding of large-size workpiece. The machine has excellent vibration resistance and dynamic rigidity with its main spindle bearing rigidity up to 100 kg/μm. Closed vertical structure design is adopted for better stability and zero environmental pollution. The machine is widely applied in double surface grinding of auto engine parts and hydraulic parts like brake disc, valve plate, etc.
Typical Applications
It can process and grind thin parts with parallel side surfaces like motorcycle brake disc, ring type, disk type, etc
